Honoured with prestigious national awards for his contributions, he combines deep governance expertise with decades of hands-on leadership in both the public and private sectors. Backed by an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland and strong international exposure, he continues to champion innovation, talent growth, and high-level collaboration that elevates industries and strengthens national progress.

Adhitya Nugroho

A highly experienced naval architect and chartered marine engineer, Adhitya Nugroho brings more than two decades of expertise across all facets of ship design, classification, construction, operation, and maintenance.

Before stepping into leadership roles in maritime operations, he built a strong technical foundation with significant stints at leading classification and shipping-industry institutions such as Lloyd’s Register (London and Singapore) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Indonesia.

Adhitya’s leadership combines deep marine-engineering knowledge with strategic business insight, enabling effective management of complex maritime assets and large-scale logistics operations. His background empowers him to bridge technical rigour with commercial and operational demands — delivering value, stability, and trust to clients and stakeholders alike.
